Roger Neary became a member of the UK Board when he was appointed Head of Sales in 2018 after a 25-year career in rail freight with DB Cargo UK and its predecessor companies DB Schenker, EWS and British Rail.

In March 2026 he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer
