Mike Gray

Mike was appointed Chief Transformation and Digitalisation Officer (CTDO) in June 2024, having spent more than a decade as a technology leader in the UK rail industry.

Mike has worked on projects for HS2, Network Rail, the Rail Delivery Group and Transport for Wales, as well as over 25 rail franchise bids.
