Fiona Irvine

Fiona Irvine joined the UK Board as Director of Human Resources in July 2026.

She has vast experience of working in rail, transport and logistics, having previously held senior management and Board-level roles across a range of companies like First Scotrail, First Great Western, the Abellio Group, Arriva UK Trains, Serco, Transport Scotland, and Porterbrook.

She also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Railway Benefit Fund.

Fiona has recently undertaken a range of interim assignments across complex public and private sector organisations, most recently serving as Interim Head of HR at Elizabeth Line (GTS).
